About this team:
The lululemon Liaison Office (LLO) team is dedicated to ensuring our products are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only do we manage the production of great product, we also build great relationships.
A day in the life:
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams for order management changes and WWMT label
- Support Merchandising Manager for WIP and PO management
- Monitor PO data are up to date until shipment
- Coach vendors to fulfill LLO ad-hoc project requests and data support
- Coach vendors cross-check their system and pre-alert any discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze production reports
- Flexible and able to handle ad hoc projects/tasks to meet business needs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Textiles or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a production environment and equipped with textile production knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and you love working with a lot of Microsoft Office, Tradestone, GTNexus, and FlexPLM!
- Good at communication skills. English - fluent, Vietnamese - excellent
- Good at time management and organization skills. Able to understand a sense of urgency and set prioritization based on business needs
- Work independently
- Approach to problem-solving and focus on details
- Comfort with multiple tasks and urgent tasks
- Strong team player
