This a Production and Operation Intern job might be for YOU, if:
You have:
A degree in economics, finance, legal, or similar field, final-year student;
Be able to work full-time for a period of 6 months;
Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Vietnamese;
Great knowledge of Excel and analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail;
Honesty and integrity to handle sensitive or confidential information.
You're good at:
Assist in setting up contracts and ensure they pass Quality Control (QC) checks before submission to the legal team;
Follow up with the legal team to obtain necessary approvals; monitor and follow up on supplier payments to ensure timely processing;
Assisting Production Manager in contact, work and supervising relevant vendors, suppliers on production process, aiming to ensure project quality, timeline, budget;
Developing network, relationships with production house, post house, photography studios, influencer, freelancers, talent, suppliers;
Help create Purchase Orders (POs) in our internal system;
Provide necessary documentation for the PO creation process and payment;
Ensure a faster and more efficient process for the Production team, with a particular focus on urgent deposits and payments;
Deal with suppliers (suppliers relationship) managing conversation on terms adjustment.
