Mô tả Công việc
Primary Objective: Production Assistant Manager has the responsibility for determining the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, including equipment and labor, to meet production goals. The person is also responsible to create and lead a team that delivers optimum customer satisfaction by establishing and meeting safety, quality, cost and efficiency goals within the manufacturing process.
Developing and maintaining a competent production team.
Optimizing production processes through regular reviews, development of improved processes, and eliminating unnecessary existing processes.
Implement good Production Planning to ensure smooth availability of resources and smooth output of products.
Maintain and enhance production quality.
Ensure that time resource is available for proper equipment maintenance and the training of the production team.
Review production performance records and data for better planning.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education:
At least Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management or equivalent.
Knowledge and Experience:
Good command of English is a MUST.
At least 5 years' experience in the related field is required with a minimum of 3 years in managerial functions.
Specialized in Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Required skills: ERP software & MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.). For MS Excel, able use advanced formula, filtering function and sorting
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and manage workloads with multiple priorities.
Knowledge on Mechanical and Electrical measuring equipment would be an added advantage.
Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools would be an added advantage.

Working in Vsip II, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong province is a must and you should have your own transportation.
