Location: Binh Duong, Viet Nam (Shuttle bus from HCM)
Role Description
Monitor daily production output and track progress against production plans.
Identify potential production delays and delivery risks, and follow up on recovery actions.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse,
Purchasing, and Quality teams to resolve issues affecting production schedules.
Maintain daily production reports and monitor key operational KPIs.
Track material shortages, production constraints, and actual shopfloor performance.
Provide timely production status updates to relevant stakeholders and support daily plan adjustments.
Escalate critical issues and ensure accurate shift handovers and communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Production Control, Production Planning, PMC, or Manufacturing Operations is preferred.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production tracking.
Proficient in Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Good English communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
