Production Coordinator - Upholstery

Responsibility for overseeing & managing the production flow of the factory across of variety of vendors and products type, whilst maintaining clear and professional communications between the factory and head office in Thao Dien(HCMC).
• Monitor production schedules for timely delivery, Communicate production status to management on regular basis.
• Monitor Weekly SPO on-order.
• Monitor fabric inventory with the factory.
• Gather costing information for SPO upholstery products.
• Ensure capacity reservations are negotiated and updated as necessary.
• Monitor weekly production tracking and maintain the critical path.
• Tracking the key milestones and highlighting any potential issue in advance,
• Proactive approach to production tracking and not firefighting issues when it's too late.
• Coordinate, production planning and work with Production QC & Technical Staff to control any quality issues as necessary.
• Work closely with all related teams to ensure the required head office process is followed including production milestones - for example, PPS meetings are scheduled on time, and samples are processed in line with critical path requirements.
• Educate factories on the required customer standards & procedures, including production guidelines and milestones that need to be monitored.
