Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Director ($5000, ID13655)
Develop and implement production plans to ensure that the cost, production schedule and product quality requirements are met.
Control all stages in production activities: importing FOB goods, synchronizing raw materials, importing - checking - preserving - exporting fabrics - accessories - semi-finished products - finished products. products, layout diagrams - jump size, cut, distribute semi-finished products, complete products, tag cards - divide goods, ...
Develop the system of documents, rules, regulations and professional processes in production in accordance with the actual situation.
Training, guiding the implementation and controlling the implementation of documents issued from the company.
Building a reporting system for the production block to ensure accuracy and continuity to BOD.
Organizing and managing the personnel of the production department.
Make plans and solve problems arising in the whole production process.
Research and propose new production processes, techniques, methods and machines.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth and efficient production activities.
Requirement
Male/Female: At least 2-3 years at the same level
Bachelor's Degree in Production Management, Specialization in Garment, or relevant majors
At least 10 years experience in garment and 5 years in management and production operation
Strong experience in garment industry techniques, quality management systems, ISO standards and management systems
