Mô tả Công việc
Set up production process routing.
Maintain and update data routing based on process change.
Review and improve routing to improve productivity through reduce NVA, SVA.
Process control and standardize improvement outcome.
Support (facilitate) automate process to reduce HC.
Run & report CI initiatives within manufacturing scope.
Developing new machines, tools, jigs for production process.
Daily Gemba Walk at production workplace to find out quick action plans to improve productivity, quality, safety, 5S and other activities.
Support preparing and translating Lean training material from English into Vietnamese.
Coordinate with Cross-functional Managers related to Engineering work and Lean strategy.
Do other tasks assigned by the direct superior.

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experienced 0-2 years in manufacturing environment
Graduated University in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or any Technical field
Experience at Automation will be preferred
Experience at takt time analysis and routing set up, CI projects, Engineering change projects
Basic to advanced knowledge in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Problem solving tools
Familiar with Lean tools such as Time study, Process analysis...
Take ownership for delegated works, proactive to report to high level and coordinate with other departments.
Able to work with chemical; good health for working in production environment
Can work overtime and able to work under high pressure
Can use good Microsoft Office software as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Can use English in daily working
