Monitor and control daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and efficiency targets are achieved.
Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
Initiate and implement productivity and process improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
Manage and monitor production equipment; coordinate with the maintenance team to handle breakdowns or abnormalities.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze production data to prepare performance reports (OEE, Yield, Defect Rate, etc.).
Provide guidance and training for operators on work instructions and safety procedures.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields).
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in production or process engineering in a manufacturing environment
Good communication and report-writing skills in English or Japanese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset.
