The NPI Engineer will play a critical role in the successful introduction of new products into our manufacturing processes. This position requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. He/She is responsible for coordinating with various departments, including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure that new products are launched on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. He/She will also be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance product performance and manufacturability.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation for new products and processes.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on product designs.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Initiate change request and follow up for approval and implementation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or Engineering related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in new product introduction or process engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Experience with process validation and qualification.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or similar) and PLM system is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have project management skills is a plus.
- Strong technical writing skills.
