Mô tả công việc

• Responsible for the overall work within the group, organized and urged subordinates to complete various tasks within the scope of their responsibilities under the guidance of the company's overall objectives and business guidelines.
• Coordinated and assigned project tasks according to the schedule requirements, coordinated, planned and prepared relevant standards and plans of products and organized their implementation, guided and controlled the implementation of each project within the department.
• According to the new product project plan, coordinated project resources, led the development and promotion of product process, and ensured the achievement of yield.
• Responsible for the development, optimization and improvement of new product manufacturing process and fixture, leading the debugging, acceptance, optimization and introduction of new equipment, etc.
• Responsible for the skills training and cultivation of staff in the team, improve their skills and assess them, mobilize their enthusiasm and creativity, and improve their morale.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor Mechanical automation, electrical
• 3 years or above working experience in 3C process development (or equivalent working experience in decoration coating industry)
• More than 3 years working experience in project development or product development.
• Native Vietnamese, good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to communicate in English or Chinese is required
• Received training in engineering technology management, quality management, ISO quality system, PDCA cycle management, 6S management, lean production, etc.
• Good command of office software
• Excellent project management ability
• Excellent communication skills, good inter-departmental coordination skills
• Can meet the needs of long-term work in Vietnam.
• Minimum prior related working experience required (5-10 years)
• Oversea travel is required
