Production Engineering Supervisor (Training)

Train production operators, maintain training records, and evaluate QC workers.

Report training results, employee skill levels, and propose training plans.

Design and improve tools, jigs, and machines for production.
Thiết kế và cải tiến tool, jig, máy móc phục vụ sản xuất.
Ensure factory facilities and equipment are maintained in good condition.

Follow safety regulations and report any workplace issues.
