• Team leader of Production Engineering team
• In charge of production improvements such as: Productivity, Production system, Quality and cost
• Train and develop subordinate
Yêu cầu
Experience & Skills
• ≥ 5 years experiences as production engineering, prefers in electromechanical assembly
• ≥ 3 years experiences in similar position or higher
• Knowledgeable about productivity (OEE, cycle time, line balance)
• Strong understanding about TPM (Total productive maintenance) and lean manufacturing
Qualifications & Personality
• Bachelor or Engineering's degree with major: Mechanical or Electrical or Mechatronic or Automation
• Strong in leadership, job assignment, troubleshooting, data analysis.
• Ownership, time management, Communication skill
