Production Executive At Etg Duc Hoa (Cashew Nuts)

Job Purpose:
The Production Executive is responsible for managing all workers within the assigned shift, ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining product quality according to specifications, and meeting production targets and deadlines. This role also ensures that all direct workers comply with company rules and regulations.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Take full responsibility for the shift, including staff management, production performance, quality targets, and the overall smooth operation of production processes.
- Ensure all products produced during the shift meet the company's quality standards, systems, procedures, and specifications.
- Utilize problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to help team members identify root causes and take quick, effective corrective actions.
Work closely with other Production Supervisors to resolve issues arising during the shift.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards to ensure a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
- Make appropriate decisions within the assigned scope while following the instructions of the Production Manager.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to ensure stable machine and line operations, contributing to improved yield and productivity.Promote and build a strong Safety and 5S culture within the Production team.
Identify and implement improvement initiatives in the production line.
- Manage key production factors including manpower, machinery, quality, and time.
- Monitor the production plan and prepare required reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Plant Manager.
