In Vietnam, Abbott's Established Pharmaceuticals Division has committed to enhance the care of patients. Our products cover several therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women health, cardiology, primary care and specialty. Our key prescription products include Lipanthyl, Klacid, Duphaston, Drosperin and BetaSerc. Our key over-the-counter products are Duphalac, CG210, Estraceptin, Brufen, Fatig. We also have the Influvac vaccine.



2, Core job responsibilities:

• Establishes, implements and monitors the production processes

• Ensures production schedule is optimized with production capacity

• Ensure that the production is cost effective

• Responsible for implementation of the rules, policy in the production department

• Guide, supervise employees about the production process regulation under the c GMP guidelines

• Establishes processes to ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment

• Establishes, implements and monitors product standards related to quality and productivity metrics

• Coordinate and organize training course to improve skills, knowledge of procedure for employees

• Ensure and maintain a health, safety, fire-proof working environment guidelines are followed

• Approves validation requirements and documentation

• Ensure proper utilization, monitoring and maintenance of manufacturing assets



Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

• Ensure cross-functional collaboration on site projects

• Lead and motivate a team of production employees to work in strict according with the technology process, meeting a schedule, productivity and quality requirements

• Lead the establishment of performance metrics for subordinates

• Approves worker performance metrics and results

• Ensures implementation of operational excellence for continuously improvement for OEE, productivity and capacity of the factory.

• Balance production capacity of production, proactively propose solution to increase production capacity



Position Accountability / Scope

• Responsible for establishing system to maintain production supplies

• Covers production personnel in dispensing, granulation, compression/encapsulation, primary packaging and secondary packaging.

• Accountable for Production Department's annual budget forecasting, implementation and monitoring.
