- Support audit, control navigator review, and update production documents to ensure they remain accurate and current.
- Support Production's administrations & documentation tasks (e.g., slides, evidence, materials, etc.)
- Support Project: Document translation, Presentation, Video clips, Meeting arrangement and minutes.
- Support Manufacturing behavior & culture improvement strategy. Assist in the early detection and correction of process deviations to support the successful implementation and stabilization of workflows.
- Connect with functional & cross-functional teams for updating information, track and follow up meeting, report (Admin task).
- Support company events, as aligned with Line Manager.
- Support the Shift Leader with a focus on process compliance and documentation management.
Offer from BAT
- Allowance/Support - VND 200,000 per day
- Meal & Shuttle Bus provided if working at factory (if needed)
- Internship confirmation and Qualification from Company
Yêu cầu
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in a relevant field such as Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong Time-management, Effective communication, and Logical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
