1. Fully responsible for the daily management of the module workshop, organizing and arranging production plans within the department, monitoring the completion of implementation, and timely communicating feedback to ensure timely delivery of orders;

2. Responsible for formulating and improving various production management systems and workflows in the workshop, and organizing the implementation of assessment systems;

3. Responsible for production planning tasks, achieving performance improvement in various aspects such as safety production, quality management, efficiency management, energy-saving production management, on-site 5S management, and team building;

4. Reasonably allocate personnel to ensure normal production in the workshop; According to the production plan arrangement, reserve key position employees in advance and select reserve grassroots management personnel;

5. Responsible for cultivating, guiding, caring for, and motivating subordinates, and promoting workshop culture construction;

6. Responsible for handling various complaints from employees and coordinating the relationship between departments before and after;

7. Responsible for controlling various costs and expenses in the department, managing fixed assets and tooling tools in the workshop, conducting inventory to ensure consistency in accounts and quantities;

8. Communicate and execute relevant documents within the company and department.

9. Responsible for departmental functions: quality, project portfolio and topics, engineering technology and process optimization

Job requirement

1. Bachelor's degree or above, in management or mechatronics;

2. More than 3 years of manufacturing related work experience, and more than 2 years of industry and team management experience. Those with excellent abilities can be relaxed.

3. Knowledge of production management, lean production, human resource management, basic knowledge of finance and statistics, and familiarity with operating office software.

4. Has good communication and organizational skills, as well as strong decision-making and language organization abilities.

5. Knowledge requirements: The overall process of module manufacturing; Failure mode analysis of module components; Basic knowledge of production management; Basic knowledge of efficiency improvement; Common knowledge of production safety; The seven major techniques of IE; 5S; Total quality management; Seven QC techniques, basic knowledge of anti-static; Guidelines for Analyzing Fragmented Problems; Guidelines for Analyzing Structural Problems; Production quality and process related company documents, etc;
