Production plan demand and stocks analysis. Coordinate to planning, engineering, warehouse & logistic for the timing of the plan.
Ensuring the personnels inside the Department are well informed, instructed and guided about important information, task, obligation, project, priorities and changes on plan, structure, demand, capacity, request, trials, visits, samples and policies or rules inside and outside of the organization.
Review the task of each staff assigned on a regular basis.
SAP must be updated every shift.
Ensures all processes, task and activity has a procedures in place. Review the existing procedure inside the department if still applicable to the current process.
Ensure that historical data for product activities are in place or updated from time to time.
Ensure that all products being produced are according to the standard of Rawlplug.
Create necessary action or contingencies to mitigate the current problem arises and ensure that production operation based on the plan wont be affected. Safe guard the company's interest in ensuring that the employee under your leadership shall abide by the rule set by the company and its quality management system in place.
Prepare monthly report and presentation of the department performance. Attend to daily FDR. Reporting to Managing Director constantly for the updates, problems, or situation inside the Production.
Prepare for the department yearly budget, hiring, training that is due every September of the year.
Prepare for the yearly department target (KPI).
Manage the manpower scheduling and availability in monthly basis.
Conduct the performance evaluation of the people inside the department. Conduct the skill mapping of the people and provide the necessary action to reinforce their weaknesses.
Achieve the target and task assigned in the Production department and following the Quality control policy of the company according to ISO QMS and other certifying body which the company is a member.
