Mô tả công việc

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise production team and coordinate with related internal departments (technical dept, warehouse dept,...) to ensure smooth daily production operation with minimum down time.
Liaise with planning department and HR to deploy enough workers for producing.
Work with Quality department to ensure product specs meet customer's standard specs and solve quality issue if any
Manage performance of production team, including timesheet review & approval, while ensuring health and safety in production in compliance with local government's laws and company's regulations
Ensure production facilities and equipment always in good conditions for production & on-time maintenance.
Ensure production areas are kept clean with 5S procedure.
Work with Technical Lead and Plant Manager to plan for spare parts on weekly and monthly basis
Support plant manager to build up BOM for each machine & manage BOM
Support plant manager to build up and develop all production processes
Support technical department to build up machine maintenance processes
Develop and train staff and ensure back-up key workers/production personnel
Other duties as assigned by management

Yêu cầu

Bachelor degree in mechanical & engineering, operation or related.
At least 5 years in management field, prefer production management
Good command of English
Good management capability and good team player
