Production Manager

MISSION: Lead production team of our factories to meet the demand by production excellence with on-time, high quality delivery meanwhile continuously improve cost to be more competitive on the market.
MAIN TASKS:
1. Prepare equipment, machines, tools to meet market demand;
2. Provide skill operators to adapt flexible demand;
3. Prepare all indirect materials, to support production orders;
4. Work with other departments to ensure all equipment, machines tools in good condition for demand;
5. Ensure right quality of products delivery to customer;
6. Report quality issue to relevant on time to ensure eliminate defect and improve;
7. Follow all standard, requirement and traceability system of products;
8. Make sure production team follow safety, labor rule, Workplace Condition Assessment requirements;
9. Follow quality control plan and ISO standards, all products certification;
10. Report cases of safety and compliance issue;
11. Ensure skill of production Team meet job requirements;
12. Recruit, tension, terminate operators as flexible demand of productions;
13. Approve working time for Production team under guideline and instructions;
14. Assign task to operators in right skill to right place at right time;
15. Sustain 5S, Kaizen and problem solving;
16. Trigger improvement request to functional support to improve productivity, reduce scrap, shorten through put time and mistake proofing.
