Production Manager

Ensure production activities according to the plan, with the correct quantity and the set qualities
• Production deployment, monitoring process, quality control process
• Make appropriate production plans, and disseminate them to each team, and each production stage so that employees can understand and carry out.
• Tasks of assigning daily work, supervising and urging to ensure efficient production process, on schedule and in accordance with procedures for different departments in the factory (operating, warehouse, production, packing, maintenance etc).
• Management of machinery, equipments, raw materials, and goods; regularly check, promptly detect technical problems, recommend related maintenances, or buy new machinery and infrastructure when needed.
• Ensure that raw materials, finished products and semi-finished products are arranged scientifically, minimizing damages
• Arrange and develop staffs: train supervisors, production team leaders; coordinate to recruit necessary human resources; regularly monitor and evaluate the working efficiency of working groups
• Reward & discipline employees in the factory
• Build working environment for occupational safety and health; Supervise activities related to Safety - Fire prevention
• Coordinate with the Q.A department. process monitoring ISO, food safety, HACCP.
