Purchase Order & Material Management
Handle Purchase Orders from the Sales Team.
Manage material stock, import compliance (VISA/quota), and delivery timelines.
Coordinate material returns or disposal with related departments.
Production Planning & Control
Develop and monitor production schedules and material COAs.
Record and manage batch data and master batch records in ERP.
Finished Goods & Delivery
Track finished goods inventory and coordinate deliveries.
Communicate stock and delivery status with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting.
Compliance & Documentation
Support audits from external authorities and internal inspections.
Maintain compliance documents, re-qualification schedules, and logbooks.
Translation & Communication
Provide Korean/Vietnamese translation and interpreting assistance.
Communicate with the Korean Sales Team.

Qualification Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Korean Language or having TOPIK 5 or above certificate.
Experience:
+ At least 1-2 years of experience working as the Korean language interpreter.
+ Experience in production planning, material control, or related manufacturing roles (pharmaceutical industry preferred).
Skills:
+ Good communication and coordination skills.
+ Knowledge of GMP/ISO standards.
+ English communication.
+ Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
+ Computer skills
