Production Planning Manager

- Responsibilities for the smooth day-to-day running of Production Planning Operation.
- Strategic, tactical factory planning, managing 4-month look-ahead on NOR (check & review changes)
- Control WIP level from WW - FIN within Target
- Responsible for scheduling subcon component, make sure it aligns to production schedule with acceptable and improved lead time.
- Responsible for forecasting carton & Non BOM materials
- Responsible to forecast the container to ship products (base on WIP status and shipment target)
- Always keep the working area clean and well-organized condition. Everyone in the department should know where to find something at any time
- Responsibility to ensure each staff produce the maximum efficiency
- Responsible for the implementation of any new system or project that may be started by Manager/ Director
- Responsible for ensuring that all overtime is supervised, productive and necessary.
- To build relationship & work closely with all other departments related
- Coordinating to production, material & LEAN department to change the production and planning system from push to pull to reduce production lead time, reduce inventory and increase Productivity.
- Other tasks assigned by senior manager,VP
