Production Planning Staff/ Nhân Viên Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất

Ensure master planning from beginning to end process for Order running smoothly and timely
To provide priorities to Manufacturing and Packaging to meet customer demands
To monitor open work order start dates and provide management status on overdue quantities in Manufacturing
Responsibilities and Duties
Scheduling production and work on ERP
Keep track of step by step production ensuring all parts delivery on time
Sorting out priority items of products
Follow work order and cascading to Production team
Consolidate and tracking Assembly Build productivity products
Effective decision making skills as it relates to providing direction to the manufacturing floor and assigning priorities to meet target orders.
Demonstrates teamwork and the ability to operate on diverse project teams (QA, QC and Purchasing) with minimal direction.
Finding out root cause when Production team is out of Target
Coordinating and pushing to Production team fixing problem
Demonstrates confidentiality and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
Following and tracking NG products ensuring rework on time
Checking material, components to ensure running well with Production team
Follow packaging shipment
