Roles & Responsibilities
A Production Planning Supervisor has an important role of preparing the excellent planning provide the best service to the customers.
- Directly coordinate with relevant departments of Commercial, Supply chain and Production to prepare the proper plan, to meet the delivery target to the customer.
- Kindly check the availability of production process, material, tools, resources to make the plan as well as the plan implementation.
- Build and apply the necessary principles, process of production plan; implement and improve them continuously.
- Follow the guild, request, recommendation from management, clients which help to improve the planning activities.
- Manage the Planning team in the future.
- Become a good model in executing the Arneplant's culture and values.
- Other ad-hoc tasks be assigned by the General Manager.
- Report directly to General Manager.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications/Requirement
- 5+ year in production planning; 3+ year in supervisor role or similar role in manufacturing site.
- Good communicate in English, can work well in English.
- Good skills of planning, team management, motivation, training the colleagues.
- Familiar with Lean, Kaizen, 5S implementation.
- Proper behavior, supporting mindset, cooperation with other people to meet the best result or target of company, hard-work, smart-work.
- Can do attitude, proactive to find the best solution to any issue.
- Result oriented, Quality oriented.
Salary & Benefits
- Negotiate salary based on the experiences; with 13-month bonus.
- 6 days per week, 8 hours per day, with flexibility on Saturday.
- Salary review once a year.
- Annual Leave is 14 days/year (using after probation period); the probation period is 60 days.
- Legal insurance when signing a labor contract.
- Other benefits and employee entertainment activities under company's policies.
Interview Process
With this role, your interview process will be executed as follow steps:
- Round 1: Interview with Country Manager
- Round 2: Interview with General Manager
Please note that we can separate or combine 2 rounds of interview based on our need and interviewed role.
