Trách nhiệm chính/ Main Accountabilities
Quản lý và theo dõi Sales Orders & Production Orders từ khi tiếp nhận đến khi hoàn tất.
Manage and monitor Sales Orders & Production Orders from order entry through completion.
Kiểm tra thông tin đơn hàng, số lượng, yêu cầu sản phẩm, tiến độ và các điều kiện liên quan trước khi xử lý.
Review order information, quantities, product requirements, schedules and relevant conditions before processing.
Phối hợp với Production, Planning, Sales và Logistics để đảm bảo kế hoạch sản xuất và giao hàng đáp ứng yêu cầu.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Sales and Logistics to align production and delivery schedules with order requirements.
Theo dõi order status, production progress và delivery schedule; chủ động xác định các rủi ro có thể ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ.
Monitor order status, production progress and delivery schedules, proactively identifying potential delays or risks.
Điều phối và cập nhật kịp thời khi có thay đổi đơn hàng, ưu tiên sản xuất, thiếu nguyên vật liệu hoặc chậm tiến độ.
