Position: Production Shift Leader (Cable Assembly)
Location: Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen (Daily Bus from Hanoi, Hai Duong & Bac Ninh)
Reports to: Supervisor/Manager

MOLEX, a brand under KOCH Industries with its headquarters in Wichita, Kansas (USA), is one of the world's leading interconnector manufacturers.
Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP. We are now expanding with a new high tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m2. This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
Position Overview
Lead and manage production activities during assigned shift to ensure output, quality, safety, and efficiency targets are achieved. Ensure smooth line operation and quick response to abnormalities.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute production plan and ensure output and quality targets are met.
• Monitor line performance (downtime, scrap, productivity, manpower efficiency) and take timely action.
• Ensure proper line setup, material availability, and smooth workflow.
• Lead operators and allocate manpower effectively during shift.
• Train and coach operators on SOP, quality requirements, and safety practices.
• Support troubleshooting and coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, EHS, and company policies.
• Update and report production data accurately (SAP/MES if applicable).
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
