Production Shift Supervisor (M/F)

Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate assembly line operation in accordance with ZF policies and procedures. Assure a smooth production operation during shifts.
Duties
• Oversee assembly processes and guarantee the achievement of shift production goals.
• Organize production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Coordinate and assign production personnel.
• Schedule shift including work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees and shift meetings.
• Document and steer the production performance and KPIs.
• Control product quality to ensure that product is produced within given specifications.
• Guarantee a clean and safe work area and complete shift paper work
