Obtain production data & information, instruct related parties on data submission including production figures and costs, quality figures, labor, consumption, down time of operation, maintenance, commercial, third party, and schedule down time, etc.,
Creating and maintaining databases using statistical software programs, such as SAP, MGD, PQSE, etc.,
Ensuring data integrity by performing rigorous cleaning, error checking, and validation.
Analyzing data using statistical techniques, formulas, and calculations.
Describing, interpreting, and summarizing conclusions, making industrial reports (as periodic/ on request) that include executive summaries, charts, tables, and graphs timely and accurately.
Presenting statistical findings & alert to management on time any abnormal consumptions, products quality and yield, etc.,
Understanding process data base for optimizing production loss.
Contributing to strategic planning by identifying industry trends and preparing forecasts.
Support the Plant Manager and coordinate with Regional Reporting & Analysis Leader/ Safety Supervisor to make properly data, report timely and accurately.
Plan and monitor material & product movement in production cycles to ensure continuous operations.
Calculating and report cut off stock, follow up DMB standards. Ensure the diff within the expected threshold
Support and follow up the internal/external audit about industrial side.
Documenting/Recording all related information.
