We are looking for an experienced Digital Printing Machine Operation Supervisor to lead our printing operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain high-quality standards, and oversee the operation and maintenance of digital printing equipment.
Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
Managing outsourcing suppliers
Organizing training and operational manuals for the production team
Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment such as Indigo Digital Press, Fuji Xerox Press, Sato Laser Printer, Digital UV Inkjet Press.
IT skills, especially using data analysis software such as ERP, HP Site flow, and other printing-related software.
Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethics.
Ability to create and adhere to production processes.
Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.
Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field.
Extensive manufacturing supervisory experience is required, second shift experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years management experience within a printing environment.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment such as Indigo Digital Press, Fuji Xerox Press, Sato Laser Printer, Digital UV Inkjet Press.
