Production Supervisor (Working At VSIP Quang Ngai)

***** PRODUCTION
- Organize and leading production line (workforce, material, equipment) to meet daily production plan.
- Ensure effective production operation.
- Manage team leaders, workers in shift
- Solve daily conflict base on company work rules
- Follow up closely planning schedule to achieve target requests
- Seek the possibility of production yield improvement and process optimization
- Follow the section's KPI to run efficiency process with safety, low cost, high quality ...
- Support & report to Production Dept. Manager such as: production quantity, productivity, machine operation efficiency and working situation of workers.
***** SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
- Responsible for safe operations in the production area with support of safety team.
- Ensure good housekeeping production area according to company policies and 5S program
***** WORKING RELATIONS
- Report directly to the Production Dept. Manager
- Communicate with other Teams, Supervisors in the process or other processes for adjustment and co-operation.
- Work cooperatively with other section Supervisors in order to ensure a smooth sample producing flow.
