Production Supervisor

Main duties:
1. General tasks
· Manage production team in term of well organization with optimum labor usage
· Train and recruit new staffs following the business's demand
· Contribute to all of specific factory activities such as 5S, Kaizen...
· Contribute to build up the standard system such as ISO...
2. Safety
· Ensure that all of belong staffs have passed safety training course before working
· Ensure that working area are safety and tidy
· Reinforce safety awareness of staffs and ensure that all staffs are fully compliance with the safety standards
· Orient and achieve the target of zero lost time accident
· Routinely conduct task safety analysis with staff
· Effective running of the OH&S committee
3. Quality
· Manage the quality online to ensure that the product's quality is consistence and match with quality's objectives
· Follow up and improve the hygiene condition in the production area
· Check and revise the forms, work instructions, procedures and ensure that the staffs are strictly followed up
· Improve the line reliability by SPC tools
4. Productivity
· Manage OEE% with Supervisor to ensure that OEE% reaches the factory's target
· Optimize labor efficiency and performance
· Control downtime, un-planed stoppage, production loss... follow department objectives
· Control and analyze the lost in production - Find a chance to reduce loss during production as factory's target
· Training production operators implement maintenance online
5. Improvements
· Encourage the improvement spirit from staffs
· Continuous improvement the quality, safety, productivity
6. Reports
· Prepare and send monthly, weekly, yearly reports to Production Manager on time
· Manage the material usage variance in monthly basic
. Report to Production Manager any abnormal and solving status of machine immediately and cooperate with relative departments to solve problems properly
