Works according to the defined and applied HEINEKEN Safety, Food safety and Sustainability standards, and local regulation(s)
Proposes the actions to close the gap. Systematically drives safety improvements and raises safety awareness among colleagues to prevent accidents / incidents / near misses.
Executes all the quality checks in line with the standards and procedures on all machines and processes.
Analyses deviations, takes appropriate countermeasures and escalate to Brewing Leader in line with respective procedure. Takes initiative for corrective / preventive measures.
Initiates improvement activities, in case of deviation according to respective standards and procedures.
TPM and continuous improvement (tag, de-tag, 5S, CILT, applies problem solving tools, etc. in the shop floor.
Operates and executes brewing operational process(es) on machine in line with the valid standards and procedures (in standard and non-standard conditions).
Manages documentation and reporting (systems) of the area of working till level of authority.
Understands and manages how machine is functioning and influencing the process.
Executes basic maintenance of all machines. Takes initiatives and is actively involved in improving equipment performance.
Graduated from a university majoring in Chemical and Food technologyorequivalent.
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in food production (preferably for the beer or beverage industry)
Office computers, power BI is preferred.
TPM & ISO experience (Basic)
Reading and comprehending English and specialized English
