1. Program Management (Preparation - Operation - Closing):
Oversee AsiaMotions' assigned programs from pre-event to post-event stages.
Liaise with schools and suppliers, update bookings, prepare documents, manage cash advances, and coordinate freelancer teams.
Ensure availability and readiness of equipment.
2. On-Site Operations:
Manage logistics (transportation, accommodation, F&B, equipment).
Support Program Leader, supervise freelancers, ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to safety standards.
Monitor expenses and equipment usage.
3. Post-Program Tasks:
Finalize payments, submit expense claims, collect feedback, and assess freelancers.
Organize and store returned equipment.
4. Operations Development:
Contribute to new product ideas and improve existing documentation.
Support internal inspections and trial runs for new programs.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
Native Vietnamese with fluent English.
Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, adaptable, and customer-focused.
Able to handle pressure, multitask, and travel frequently.
Experience in event management is a plus.

Salary: 13,500,000 VND - 18,500,000 VND gross.
