Job Responsibilities:
1. Document Management
o Be responsible for receiving, forwarding, and archiving all kinds of documents of the company to ensure the safety, integrity, and timely processing of documents.
o Classify, organize, file, and keep company documents to facilitate query and use.
o Assist leader in drafting, reviewing, printing, copying, and distributing various documents and reports.
2. Meeting and Activity Organization
o Be responsible for arranging company meetings, including booking meeting rooms, notifying attendees, and preparing meeting materials.
o Take meeting minutes, sort out meeting minutes, and track the implementation of meeting resolutions.
o Assist in organizing various dept. activities such as team building activities and annual meetings.
3. Administrative Support
o Be responsible for the distribution, and management of office supplies to ensure an adequate supply of office supplies.
4. Data Entry and Statistics
o Be responsible for entering and organizing all kinds of data of the dept. to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
o Conduct data statistics and analysis to provide data support for leadership decision-making.
5. Other Tasks
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leaders and actively cooperate with the work of various departments of the company.

Job requirements:
1. Educational Background
o College degree or above, major is not limited, secretarial, administrative management and other related majors are preferred.
2. Work Experience
o Those with certain clerk or assistant work experience are preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable.
3. Skill Requirements
o Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
o Have good word processing ability and document management ability.
o Have English reading and writing ability to handle English emails and documents.
o Better be able to speak Chinese
4. Personal Qualities
o Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively communicate and cooperate with personnel from different departments.
o Be conscientious and responsible, careful and thoughtful, and have strong sense of responsibility and execution.
o Have good time management ability and organization and coordination ability to efficiently complete various tasks.
Have strong learning ability and adaptability to quickly master new knowledge and skills.
