Project team
• Working fully with mall landlord and management to site registration (incl. documentary, online submission)
• Support detail SOW related to project
• Being in charge projects
1. Visual Merchandising project
2. Display machinery and accessories
3. Printing & Poster
4. Alignment for transport, warehouse and logistics transition
• Support meeting and following up with potential and specific client
• Implement process in client's documantary
1. Document process
2. Invoice and Bank guarantee arrangement
• Client's payment debt list
Finance Department
• Online internal processing (ERP system and scan, hard-copies)
HR Department
• Internal offline document (scan and hard-copies)
Sub-contractor / Vendor
• Specialize on PO and payment process for Printing vendor, supplier
Yêu cầu
• Application: English
• Working location: HCM
• Candidates: fluency in English
Salary & Benefits
• Salary is negotiable.

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
