Communication Bridge Between Technical Team & Business
Attend technical meetings with
developers and management
Listen to developers discuss their work and understand the main points
Translate technical updates into simple business language for decision-makers
Take technical requirements from stakeholders and explain them clearly to developers
Ask good questions to make sure everyone understands each other
Project Support & Coordination
Track project progress and identify when things are behind schedule
Schedule meetings between technical team and clients
Follow up on action items and make sure tasks get completed
Research & Learning
Stay updated on blockchain trends that affect our projects
Research competitor solutions and market trends
Yêu cầu
2 - 3 years of experience in software project assistant (preferably Blockchain, Web3, or Fintech projects)
Project coordination or administrative experience
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
Good English reading and technical writing skills
Nice-to-have: Knowledge or experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, DApps, NFT, or DeFi.
