Mô tả công việc
- Keep the team on track with timelines, deadlines, and budgets
- Follow up with project management workflows and communication
- Setup project meeting and record meeting minutes
- Assist PM with creating and migrating tasks/projects from client's system to internal one.
- Ensuring team members have the information they need to complete their assigned tasks
- Help Project manager with clearing project's impediments
- Perform Quality Control and Review project deliverables
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1-2 years working as project coordinator or relevant experience
- Fluent in English both in writing, speaking, reading, listening
- Structural and systematic thinking
- Friendly, Energetic, Good teamwork & independent working
- Experience as an IT project coordinator is an advantage.
