Mô tả công việc
- Quotations and Documentation: Create accurate project quotations and prepare required materials/documents.
- User Support: Assist end-users with system tasks, such as adding or removing users.
- Incident Management: Be available outside business hours to handle system incidents.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to update the line manager on project status.
- Other task as assigned by the Line Manager
