Project Buyer

POSITION SUMMARY
Handle operational activities related to Source-to-Pay process, especially for Import - Export activities of CAPEX projects, follow sourcing policy and RACI developed by Nestrade and Nestlé Vietnam.
A DAY IN THE LIFE ...
• Closely co-ordinate with Project team and TSS Nestrade team to follow-up imported shipment of equipment;
• Support to work with Supplier/TSS Nestrade team for Import - Export documentation requirements;
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of Procurement activities (Bidding, Vendor code, E-SSF, PR, PO, Agreement sign-off) including speed and service level to internal stakeholders - Project Team;
• Co-ordinate with supporting functions (Import - Export, Legal, Tax, Finance) to ensure smooth Source-to-Pay process;
• Ensure internal control and compliance towards Corporate principles, guidelines, Source-to-Pay guidelines and best practices;
• Ensure effective contract management activities (purchasing info records, master data, etc) and cost improvement uploading (if any);
