Project Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Management & Controls
Direct and manage all project finance functions, including Accounting, Audit, Tax, Treasury, Budgeting, Controlling, Reporting, Compliance, Project Finance, and Corporate Development.
Establish and maintain effective cost and budget controls, ensuring adequate internal controls are in place.
Financial Planning & Performance
Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, periodic financial performance reviews, KPI monitoring, and business case evaluations.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records, budgeting and forecasting processes, cost control procedures, and financial reporting deliverables.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor project cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity, and recommend timely corrective actions.
Audit & Compliance
Support and ensure project audit activities are completed successfully and on time.
Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and the effective implementation of internal controls.
Management Meetings
Attend and contribute to project management, Board of Directors, and Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.
