Schedule Control
- Monitor and update weekly/monthly progress (% completed) based on master schedule which prepared by
project manager (PM).
- Itenify and control the critical path with PM.
- Provide early warning for potential delays.
Cost Control
- Check
purchasing progress and cost to budget which is prepare by PM.
- If there is a change about the budget, PM will announce to him and he update budget.
- Track Actual vs. Budget, and analyze cost variance.
Contract Control
- Check Contract term and conditon with Sales, and cooperate with PM to proceed partial handover timely, then inform to Accountant to issue Invoice and ask to Sales to claim partial payment.
- Track claims from subcontractors and additional requirement with PM, then remind sales/PM to get additional cost.
Procurement & Logistics Control
- Check the progress, and remind each section where bottle neck happen based on RFQ/PO list prepared by PM/Procurement team.
- Track progress from RFQ → Quotation → PO → Fabrication → FAT → Shipment → Delivery.
Site Installation & Quantity Control
- Monitor and follow up and track installation quantities vs BOQ to support PM based on.
a) site work plan including
b) Site report including manpower, equipment mobilization,
c) ITP, punch list, and NCR if any
Reporting
- Summary all project and report to send GM/GD and cc SM and PM.

+ Cost Report
+ Risk Register (safety, cost, schedule, quality) and propose measures for each risk
+ Procurement Status Report
+ Compile data for management and client reporting
Document Control
- Check the documents which document controller gathered.
+ Drawings
+ Technical documents
+ Material approval
+ As-built documents
+ O&M Manuals
+ Control document versions and filing.
- Up to 40,000,000 VND (net, negotiable based on experience).
- Age: 35-45 years old.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowing system, fabrication and site work related to water treatment plang.
- Read and understand P&ID, Layout.
- Have knowledge and experience on managing several projects.
- Able to use AutoCAD software for checking drawing.
- Read and understand technical documents and drawings in English.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Independent and teamwork capabilities. Experience of team management is preferable.
- 5 years of experience as porject manager or 2 years of experience as project controller.
- Committed to delivering high-quality work and contributing to the company's success.
- Highly motivated and possesses a strong desire to achieve company target.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in Japanese companies.
Time and location of work:
- Location: Thuy Loi 4 Building, 102 Nguyen Xi, 26 Ward, Binh Thanh District, HCM City.
- Working time: 8h00 - 17h00 (Monday -> Friday).
