Project Coordination & Tracking
Support project tracking and timeline monitoring for ongoing business initiatives.
Follow up with related teams to ensure project progress and task completion.
Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and action item follow-up.
Assist in identifying timeline risks or delays and escalate when needed.
Administration & Communication
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and project discussions across departments.
Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentation slides when needed.
Support documentation and administrative tasks related to project execution.
Ensure clear communication and coordination among stakeholders.
Reporting & Analysis
Assist in preparing project updates, progress reports, and business summaries.
Support simple analysis related to operations, project progress, or business initiatives.
Consolidate data and information from multiple teams when required.
Yêu cầu
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or university activities is a plus.
Strong communication, coordination, organization, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese with good English proficiency (Knowing Chinese is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; Power BI is a plus.
