Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours
Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings with clients
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
Analyze risks and opportunities
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans
Providing administrative support as needed
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
At least 2 year experience in IT project
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Keep a high teamwork spirit
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
