Direct report(s): PMO Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Expert, Project Management to support project governance, execution, and strategic alignment for a large-scale airport infrastructure project. The PMO Expert will oversee multiple workstreams-MRO, Catering, Fuel, Operations, BT Construction PM, Airlines/Route Planning-ensuring integration, timely delivery, and compliance with strategic objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Project Monitoring & Oversight
+ Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from all workstreams.
+ Monitor progress, scope, risks, and resource utilization across MRO, Catering, Fuel, Operations, BT Construction, and Airlines/Route Planning.
+ Ensure quality implementation aligned with KPIs/OKRs.
- Cross-Workstream Coordination
+ Identify and resolve interdependencies and conflicts between workstreams.
+ Facilitate integrated planning and risk mitigation strategies.
- Reporting & Communication
+ Act as the central coordination point for stakeholders.
+ Deliver dashboards, progress charts, and risk matrices for all workstreams.
+ Prepare Executive Committee materials and minutes of meetings.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, or large-scale operations.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred experiences:
• Familiarity with airport operations and associated services (MRO, Catering, Fuel).
• Experience in construction project management for large-scale infrastructure.
• Knowledge of airline route planning and operational strategy.
• Strong background in CAPEX planning and cost control.
• Previous consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.) is a plus.
