Project Coordinator

Plan time allocation to perform daily work effectively, prepare/implement projects as required
Support the Project Manager (PM) to plan and coordinate project implementation at De Heus
Support PM in creating Project Management Plan, Schedule, Budget Report, Progress Report, Risk and Issue Management, Project Change Management,...;
Support PM to monitor and report projects periodically and unexpectedly
Support PM in transferring/receiving project implementation results
Implement/accomplish overall project objectives, monitor project progress and ensure project management team members provide requested information in a timely man• Organize regular/unscheduled meetings of PM with relevant parties (stakeholders) during project implementation at De heus and draft related minutes and documents;
Implement and track payment records, summarize project costs (create orders on software, documents as required);
Prepare documents related to the project and store project documents according to regulations;
Support PM to develop and operate management standards and project implementation processes;
Support PM to best apply project management principles and methods;
Participate in supporting the development and management of project management training plans at De Heus.
Perform other tasks assigned by PM.
