Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
Organize interface meetings to resolve interdependencies and conflicts.
Act as the primary contact for clients and external stakeholders, ensuring timely submission of deliverables and responses to comments or requests.
Establish and maintain a document control system to manage project documents, drawings, and records.
Ensure all documents comply with project standards and contractual requirements.
Track document revisions, ensuring the latest versions are accessible to relevant teams.
Use document management systems to ensure efficient distribution.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure the reliability of document control systems.
Maintain an audit trail of document changes for accountability.
Ensure all activities and deliverables align with client expectations and timelines.

Proven track record of successfully managing document and interfacing for complex projects.
Proficiency in project management tools and document control systems.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of EPC project lifecycle, codes, and standards.
Detail-oriented mindset for managing large volumes of data and documents.
