Participate in tender preparation, quantity take-off, cost estimation, execution methodology development, and project planning.
Develop project technical requirements based on client specifications and applicable local/international standards.
Monitor project schedules and coordinate activities among involved departments.
Manage scope changes and assess their impact on project costs and execution plans.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Prepare engineering calculations, work procedures, and project drawings.
Supervise hook-up and commissioning activities at fabrication yards and offshore sites.
Work directly on offshore platforms and marine facilities to oversee hook-up and commissioning operations.
Organize and facilitate regular project meetings.
Prepare, review, and manage reports, correspondence, and project documentation throughout project execution.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Structural/Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
PMP certification is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, or a related role within one or more of the following industries:

Professional, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Good command of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project and Primavera.
