Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and discuss requests from customers in Japan
- Collaborate with project PM/PO to plan and monitor project progress
- Report progress periodically to the PM/PO of the project, as well as management departments
- Collaborate with the project team in analyzing the project's business documents, verifying requirements, as well as participating in system analysis and design
- Act as a bridge to convey issues, as well as project proposals between customers and project teams. Coordinate with the project comtor to ensure accurate and fast communication of information to the parties
- Participate in ensuring the quality of the system's output products before delivering to customers
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, especially PHP applications
- Experience in integrating AWS for system development
- Experience in project team management, or have held similar positions such as Team Leader, Project Leader...
- Have good communication skill
- Able to analyze and solve project problems
- Understanding Agile, and how to operate in the project
- Familiar with project management tools, like Jira
- Experience in developing Video Conferencing system is a plus
