Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the development team in Vietnam, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication.
Support the Japanese
Project Manager in monitoring project progress, managing tasks, and handling arising issues.
Independently manage timelines and communications for small projects, including translating orders, specifications, feedback, and facilitating JP-VN Q&A sessions.
Provide regular updates, consultation, and progress reports to clients throughout the product development lifecycle.
Participate in training activities, support team development, and contribute to building a strong company culture as assigned by direct managers.
BA degree in Japanese or JLPT N2 certificate or higher.
Minimum 2 years experience as BrSE or related role.
Strong Japanese verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in translating documents (e.g., specifications, orders, feedback) and facilitating Q&A between Japanese and Vietnamese teams.
Solid project management & schedule control abilities.
Strong skills in analyzing business and system requirements.
Good understanding of software development fundamentals.
Proactive in coordinating communications and independently managing small project timelines.
Able to work under pressure, and customer-oriented.
Nice to have
Experience working on game development projects.
Experience in offshore communication coordination in IT projects.
Previous experience working or studying in Japan.
Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
