- Work closely with leaders, product managers and cross-functional teams in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project performance.
- Manage Plan-for-every-part for all Gate/all market, co-ordinate with internal departments (Engineers,
Purchasing, MC, Logistic, Warehouse) to make sure of delivery on-time of build schedule
- Track and report program status, SOR, timelines, risks, and dependencies across product development, and manufacturing projects.
- Closely monitor critical milestones (Data Release, SOR, SOB, Tooling Kick-off, ETD/ETA of parts); proactively identify and escalate supply chain risks.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering team, Logistics, and Quality Management teams to resolve issues and ensure parts are delivered on schedule to support project development milestones
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and highlight risks/issues.
- Facilitate project reviews, stage-gate meetings, and risk assessments.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in project governance and delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, quality, and suppliers.
- Help build a project culture that is data-driven, collaborative, and execution-focused.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a PMO or project management role.
- Proficient in MS Project, JIRA, or other project management tools.
- Familiarity with automotive development life cycles(e.g., V-Model, ASPICE, A-SPDP).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in project financial tracking, risk management, and change control.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets.
- Competent in English, both written and verbal
- Results-oriented with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure, technical mindset
- PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, or similar certifications (Preferred)
